Young Pre-School Classroom

Where curiosity meets creativity and school readiness begins.

Ages: 2½ – 3½ years

About Our Young Pre-School Room

Our Young Pre-School classroom bridges the gap between toddlerhood and preschool, welcoming children who are approximately 2½ to 3½ years old. This is a pivotal time when children's curiosity is at an all-time high and their capacity for learning grows by leaps and bounds every single day.

Our teachers use a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum that introduces early academic concepts — colors, shapes, numbers, and letters — through hands-on activities, art projects, music, and imaginative play. Learning feels like fun because, at this age, it should be.

Social skills take center stage in this classroom. Children practice sharing, cooperation, conflict resolution, and empathy through guided group activities and free play. Our teachers model positive communication and help children develop the emotional vocabulary to express how they feel.

We also focus on building the foundational skills children will need for a successful transition into our Pre-School room: following multi-step directions, participating in group activities, developing fine motor skills through drawing and cutting, and building attention and focus.
